OUR SERVICES
Individual Therapy
Couples Therapy
Parenting Support & Family therapy
We support individuals of all ages, with a special interest for treating children and adolescents. We support individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, phobias, trauma, school refusal, and work stress. We use a range of evidence- based therapies.
We support couples across all economic, racial, sexual orientation, and cultural backgrounds. We support couples with communication difficulties, after infidelity, parenting difficulties, and couples that want to reconnect. Our psychologists use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach to help couples to repair, rebuild and reconnect.
We support families by
providing practical tools to help all family members better understand and relate to each other, restore trust and improve communication. We support parents that feel overwhelmed, parenting guilt and burnout. We adopt a holistic approach that emphasises healing, reconnection and growth.

"Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
