Individual therapy is a process that involves clients working one-on-one with a psychologist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Individual therapy explores feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, to work through challenging or influential memories, identifies aspects of life that there is a desire to change, better understands oneself and others, sets personal goals, and works toward desired change. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties for children, adolescents and adults.

Fuller life psychology works with adults with a variety of presentations including:

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • work stress

  • parenting stress

  • sleep difficulties

  • trauma

  • divorce and separation

  • relationship concerns

  • low-self esteem
