Autism Spectrum Disorder
When working with adolescents, the initial session is a child focused session. We understand that adolescents are in a developmental phase of increased independence, and in order for therapy to be effective, we allow adolescents the opportunity to include a parent/guardian to be part of their initial session if they choose to do so.
Our approach when working with adolescents includes art and play therapy where appropriate, with the incorporation of talk therapy.
